Motion TMS - Transportation Management Solution

Client: USKO Logistics, digital service provider of nation-wide logistics services and transportation.

Location: California, USA

How relationship started: CEO of the company was trying couple of times unsuccessfully to build custom TMS to use internally for own business and license to other Transportation Companies. When we started the conversation it was identified lack of technical expertise, product management and planning. HebronSoft deployed experts in solution architecture, UX/UI and engineering to build the plan first and then initiated the development

Challenge: Departments of organization (Accounting, Logistics, Finance, Operations) were siloed and used disconnected platforms. Collect necessary requirements was difficult, then designing UX, to satisfy various user groups was a challenge. During the implementation phase there many external regulated integrations (EDI Clio, QuickBooks, NetSuite many more)
